We are committed to protecting the privacy of coaching institute owners, library administrators, computer centers, tuition academies, students, and parents who use our universal student fee management software. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
To provide effortless student fee tracking and digital receipt generation, we collect the following types of information:
- Institute & Owner Details: Institute Name, Owner/Principal Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Locality, Pincode, and Institute Logo.
- Student & Parent Data: Student Name, Father/Mother Name, Mobile Number, Class/Batch, Admission Date, Monthly/Annual Fee Structure, and Photo (optional).
- Transaction & Fee Data: Fee payment records, payment modes (Cash / UPI VPA Address), transaction timestamps, and due balances.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly for service operations, including:
- Generating printable Digital Student ID Cards with QR Code verification.
- Pre-filling WhatsApp fee receipts and payment due reminders for 1-click sharing.
- Displaying real-time monthly collection, due balances, and defaulter lists on your dashboard.
- Enabling direct UPI QR fee settlements directly to your bank account without transaction fees.
4. Data Protection & Security
We implement industry-standard encryption, SSL protocols, and secure database access controls to safeguard your institute and student records against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your student data or contact lists to third-party advertisers.
5. Payment & UPI Security
StudentPe does not store confidential bank credentials or UPI PINs. UPI payments are processed directly between the student's payment app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and your bank account via standard NPCI UPI VPA architecture.
