1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using the StudentPe platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all coaching institute owners, library administrators, computer centers, tuition classes, and registered users.
2. Account Registration & Security
When creating an account on StudentPe, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information regarding your institute name and 10-digit mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Service Usage & Fee Management
- StudentPe provides digital record-keeping, student enrollment management, printable ID card generation, and automated WhatsApp receipt links.
- Institute owners are solely responsible for setting their own student fee structures, billing cycles (Monthly/Annual), and collecting tuition/library fees.
- StudentPe charges 0% transaction commission on student fee payments settled directly into your linked UPI VPA address.
4. Prohibited Activities
Users agree NOT to use StudentPe for:
- Uploading fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive institute records or fake student identities.
- Sending unauthorized spam messages or misuse of WhatsApp messaging features.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform's security infrastructure.
5. Limitation of Liability
StudentPe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost records due to user errors or network downtime. We strive for 99.9% uptime and continuous data backups.
