1. 30-Day Free Trial Policy
Every new coaching institute, library, or tuition academy registered on StudentPe receives a 30-Day Full Access Free Trial without requiring any credit card or advance payment. During this period, owners can test all software features risk-free.
2. 1-Year Premium Subscription (₹599 Plan)
After your free trial ends, you may choose to upgrade to our 1-Year Premium Subscription Plan (billed at ₹599/year). We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of subscription purchase.
3. Refund Request Process
If you are unsatisfied with the premium service within 7 days of subscription activation:
- Send an email to support@studentpe.nibles.in with your registered Institute Name and Mobile Number.
- Alternatively, message our WhatsApp support team at +91 9709628098.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
4. Student Fee Collection Refunds
Please note that StudentPe is a software platform and does NOT collect or hold student tuition fees on behalf of institutes. All student fees paid via UPI QR or cash settle directly into the institute owner's bank account. Refunds for student fees must be handled directly between the institute and the student/parent.
